Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Piddle Place dog toilet Greetings my Yorkie sisters, and occasional dude As most of you know, I am a company called Piddle Place..who would have guessed LOL We are a non-profit company that supports shelters. I thank everyone here on Yorkie talk for allowing me to share thoughts on dog toilet training. These were three reviews I saw today that made me think of my dog. She is small, and when I am at work, she could not hold it for 10 hours. For those of us who work long hours, please help consider the concept that it may be okay for allow our pets this as an option. The concept was new to her as well. Best indoor dog toilet From Dr. Becker Good Morning America and an article today about preventing bladder infections Anyway, I certainly am not promoting our product, but wanted to share our excitement with our family here. If you have a not-for-profit organization that supports Yorkies, I need to know about it please. We seem to donate to everyone but our own. There is a donation request on our website. We also support service dog organizations, and the last one was using a Havanese for a Childrens' Hospital. Our Yorkie's are so sweet, consider making a child smile by taking your furry friend to your local children's hospital. Okay, I am off my soap box. Have a wonderful weekend. Group hug. |

Personally, I think it's unconscionable to lock a dog in a home all day and deny it bathroom privileges. Minimally, the owner should require the exact same of themselves...no bathroom breaks from leaving the house until returning to it, regardless of what they eat or drink, or any gastro/intentional issues they may have on any given day. To me, it is cruel and abusive. Congratulations on being recognized by multiple sources for your piddle place product!

| I completely agree with you about potty privileges. I am so glad that I have a small dog that is pee pad trained. I and my husband both work and we feel so much better that our Milana can use bathroom at any time. And if we both have to pull a longer day at work, we know that our dog will be fine. I feel horrible for bigger dogs that have to be trained to use bathroom only two or maybe three times daily. We as humans use bathroom a lot more often and it's somewhat cruel to decrease dog's access to bathroom to only three times per day. That's why I think that I can only own smaller dog breeds as I can actually be a good owner for them. |

| Indoor potty I agree with all of that said about dogs not being confined to holding it till we get home to let them out. What I also like is the fact that my boy does not have to go out in any kind of bad weather like his bigger sister did. She was trained to go outside which was fine as I was always home but hated to put her out in storms and cold and heat and all that mess. I have a different kind of potty box for him.
