| ![]() Totally disgusting. Our dogs sleep with us and kiss constantly. They are inside dogs, so terrier or hound or not they would never he allowed to do this.

| ![]() I have a white Dove named PJ. I also feed the wild Dove that visit us. I always try to save the lizards when my cats chase after them. PJ gives good kisses too! Careful not to let your pup get a hold of a diseased bird and also there was a thread on here not along ago about dogs choking on bird feathers even from goose down comforters and pillows.

| ![]() It's probably not a very wise choice to allow your dogs to kill and behead birds. They can carry diseases and make them sick. I've talked about Pebbles being a hunter but I always try to alert any bunnies in our yard that I'm letting them out. Rabbits carry fleas and also intestinal worms that can be transmitted to dog.

| ![]() Wow, this is starting to become a regular thing. Cook just caught another dove. This pup is an insanely good hunter. I mean I was impressed by Minnie, as she caught a bird every 3-4 months, but Cook has 3 in two weeks plus a lizard. She has got to be the fastest dog I have ever seen, and she just creeps up on her prey like a ninja.

| ![]() The squirrels in my yard better really watch out, because I have seen her come split seconds from getting one a few times now. It is definitely not a good time at all to be a bird in my yard right now.

| ![]() It really is something to watch her hunt. She'll creep up, then lie still on her stomach, and then at the snap of a finger she sprints and gets her kill. This pup is just pure as pure can be yorkshire terrier.

| ![]() I just can't get over how amazing this pup is. She is the ultimate active tomboy, yet she still loves to snuggle and be a lap dog too. I just can't say enough about how impressive Deb Sillers' Amazing Yorkies are. Cookie is way more than I could have ever asked for, and I shopped around like hell for my breeder and pup.

| ![]() Cookie is such a good hunter. Just hope she stays away from Bufo toads. She sounds like my Meika, in being able to find stuff, and quick to react. Meika was always able to tell me when something odd like a mouse was in the house, and she'd jump up and grab birds by the tail feathers. My other dogs could barely care less about critters.

| ![]() This is getting crazy. I just saw Cookie catch another dove by the wing and injure it. Then she had the dove on the ground on the defensive, and was just about to go in for the kill. The bird could only fly a couple of feet at a time with yorkie teeth marks in the wing. I was able to distract Cook for just a second by calling her name so the bird was able to escape alive to the yard next door, but otherwise it was a goner. Hopefully it stays next door and survives. If it comes back into my yard I don't think Cook is going to treat it too nicely.

| ![]() I leave my patio sliding door open, and lately I've had a problem with pigeons flying in my house. It drives the dogs nuts. Luckily I put a towel over the bird so I can gently carry it outside and release, but it's a bummer because they usually fly around and poop in the house first. I also had to rescue one out of the pool; it was trying to float like a duck. Glad my 3 pups mostly just bark at them and don't catch them.
