| Welcome to Yorkie Talk. yes what are you feeding her and what have you tried? I have a picky eater also, I could probably give you some suggestions. Also what kind of human food does she like? Please be very careful with the human food, some are not the best for them.

| Hi and welcome to Yt. You are not alone Yorkies are known for being picky eaters. It took me quite a while to figure out the type of food to feed Buster that he liked. Many people feed just kibble as Yorkie teeth are prone to plaque so kibble helps scrape the teeth. Some people feed or add wet food either canned or homemade. If feeding homemade you may have to add a supplement to balance out the vitamins and minerals they need for a balanced diet. Then there are people who feed a raw diet that is specially formulated. I feed Buster some wet food and add a little kibble. Many table scraps/people food can be dangerous. Some are poisonous and some just upset their digestive system leading to diarrhea and more serious issues. I read a great book called Chow Hound written by a Vet which explained the food labeling and ingredients so I was able to understand what was good food. To get Buster interested in new kibble I first use it as a treat so he thinks it is something special. Good luck with the search.
