Even though I DO have one daughter, I'm good with that. She's a middle schooler so essentially Emma is mine not hers/ours.

| Just one little fur baby here. Do have a step daughter who will meet our Yorkie in 2 weeks. A 5 year old (kid) and a 5 month year old (yorkie), this should be interesting. I am not worried about her being gentle with the pup. More worried about the pup not playing nice with the kid. |

| I hate to even admit I have one skinkid after seeing Brister's photo! Lol (Don't laugh Kristin) Thank God he doesn't look like that! He's an adult now, so yes we're child free, although I think of Yazmin as his baby sister! |

| How about 'human pets' from Million Dollar Listing NY...snorkle chuckle. My dogs are my children & they love their Grandparents! My parents call them 'kids'.

| This has been a hilarious thread to read! Britster, seriously I think of the same thing when I hear the term skin kid...shudder. And I am totally not surprised the amount of yorkie only mamas here, I have human children (young ones too) and totally feel odd man out all the time. However, despite that my love wants more (really? The six running around here isn't enough?!) I think I have made it very clear that although I do want lilah to have a sister one day- I intend her to be of the yorkie persuasion!

| No kids. My mom refers to the boys as her granddogs. |

| I only have a yorkie and it will stay that way unless a lot of things drastically change. |

| My wife and I and Graysee are the only inhabitants of our home, although we have six grown children, and ten grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and two more grandchildren on the way! All the kids love Graysee, and she likes them, too. None of the kids come around very often, though, as everyone works and/or goes to school, but that's OK, as Graysee prefers to be the center of our world! |

| My mom always said "who'd have ever thought I'd be a grandma to a dog".
