| hypoglycemia episode I forgot to post this the other day.....Lilah (and 2 of my other dogs) came down with a cold. Probably something Calvin brought home from the shelter when he was neutered. Anyway, Lilah is 4 lbs and almost 6 months old. She felt a little yucky so she didn't feel like eating breakfast. Sometimes she's finicky about her food so I didn't think too much about it. That afternoon (like lunchtime) she got sluggish and then started shaking.....my nutrical was expired so I gave her some karo syrup and then some wet dog food. She napped a bit then was totally back to normal, alert and playful. Just crazy how fast they can crash! Luckily I had the items I needed in the house. Just a reminder to everyone to keep that stuff on hand |

| Very scary! Glad you had a backup and that Lilah recovered quickly. It is frightening how fast they can go down.
