| BTW, how is lil Rocky doing, did he recover, did you surrender him as was suggested, or did you euthanize him? You never did get back to us back in March.

| He did better for a while. Then he got worse. They found cancer 😭 so we just had him put to sleep last week. I'm heartbroken. And not ready yet for another pup. But I want to start looking into places an just investigate and research for when we are. It is so weird not having him aroud. My son is having a hard time understanding rocky isn't coming home. But I know we made the right decision. He's not suffering anymore. Just wish he didn't get sick in the first place |

| I am so very sorry he didn't make it. He's been on my mind for the longest time. You can never REPLACE a pet, they all have different personalities. I know the feeling of loneliness when we loose a beloved friend. It is good that you are thinking about getting another yorkie. Just be careful, Pa. is rated one of the largest puppy mill states, It was on the news several months ago. Also you may want think about getting insurance for your next pup. Good luck in your search. and thanks for your reply.

| Go to the AKC website and look for a conformation or specialty club in your region. PA, NY and NJ all have clubs that can help you find a good breeder. The clubs all have a breeder referral person who will help direct you to people they know who breed what you are looking for. These people travel around to shows and know a lot of people. Here is a link to the search page. American Kennel Club - Club Search and Directory People who show dogs are much more knowledgeable about the breed than the BYB's and puppy mills that seem to be everywhere these days. They often sell to pet homes for reasonable prices. |
