| Brdatella vaccine / Distemper vaccine So now I will get the Brdatella vaccine, Cody also needs his Distemper shot, I read a lot about multiple vaccines being not advisable. Is it safe to get both these shots in one visit or should I do the shots in 2 visits, if it’s 2 visits how far apart should they be placed, if I have to do them in 2 visits does it matter which vaccine he get's first. iyiyi all these questions just for a doggie day care "interview".

| I wouldn't worry about giving distemper and bordatella on the same day. Rabies is usually the only one suggested to do separately.

| I adopted Cody from my vet on 11/12/13 my vet said he was up to date on all shots. This morning I called about the Distemper, tech told me there are 1 and 3 year shots, she had to pull file as his past history was not in the computer, he was a rescue that came in with folder of vet visits. I have to call back to see if she pulled the paper work. I have the originals I saw nothing on Distemper, it is possible the vets office has the original and forgot to put back in the folder that was given to me or it was not in the folder when the dog was surrendered.

| They are the same shot I believe. At the most it should only be given every three years but they have said it is good for up to 5. I feel I'm right but hopefully if I'm not someone will correct me. Brittany knows a lot about vaccines maybe she will come back.
