I adopted Cody from my vet on 11/12/13 my vet said he was up to date on all shots. This morning I called about the Distemper, tech told me there are 1 and 3 year shots, she had to pull file as his past history was not in the computer, he was a rescue that came in with folder of vet visits. I have to call back to see if she pulled the paper work. I have the originals I saw nothing on Distemper, it is possible the vets office has the original and forgot to put back in the folder that was given to me or it was not in the folder when the dog was surrendered.
