I thought I might like a third- but now that my DD brings her rehomed yorkie over I am really glad when she goes home (and she is an 8 yo really sweet, well trained dog)- but still it is just too much dog!

Well I have contacted numerous people in my area. No one is replying back?? Is that normal? Does it take longer if contacting by email? You would think they would at least say, sorry no pups available or something. Sigh. Still looking. I'm sure my new baby is out there somewhere.

Ooh, that's exciting! I love having two girls. I kind of inherited a third recently, but its a babysitting type deal. It has made me see that I definitely do not want 3 fulltime. I don't have time for a puppy right now and our routine with just Luma and Rosie is so good I don't want to mess with it. I get my dose of puppybreath babysitting little cousin Barney and I'm good with just my two, haha. But more power to ya if you can handle three!

Also, I know this is probably the first thing you did, but have you looked at the list of YTCA breeders in AR and surrounding states?

At one time I had 3 furbutts and I took all 3 where ever I went, family, friends, holiday events, my girls were all very well behaved and were welcomed every where I went. Each picked their spot in the car where they wanted to sit, and that became their place and each one respected the others choice, of course at that time I was quite young, today one is plenty enough. To me 3 was no issue and I worked a full time job, but always had time to care for all 3 of them. after all it was JUST me and them to care for. The only time one was taken and two were home was for vet issues,and all 3 were leash walked twice a day all at the same time.
