We went to France for the first time last year and there were homeless people with dogs. Some even had 2. I have no idea how they manage that.

Taking in stray dogs? Or keeping his dogs before he lost everything? Sometimes the pets are all these people gave left. Of course we would rather for these dogs to be adopted into a home with better care. But sometimes people with money don't have half of a warm heart these homeless men do. They rather spend money on a fancy phone, leasing a fancy car but cant afford medication for their dog. I once saw a homeless man giving his dog the only cover he had while he's soaking wet in the rain.
