Thank you for the update Gina. Don't give up and contact everyone that you think will listen! |
Another poor pup from Natalie Nelson |
Natalie Nelson Maybe I have too much time on my hands nursing baby Mila after her surgery but I found something you should all see, for 2 reasons- first being its a great cause. The woman taking care of the sick pups on her page must be a real life angel. And second I would like you all to view another birth defect of one of Natalie Nelson's dogs. I have never in my life seen a skull so ... Deformed. The pup, Valentino is a beautiful Lil yorkie. Please take a few minutes and look at the love for Mia Facebook page. On nov 27, 2013 there is a beautiful picture/video of Valentino. Then on dec 10, 2013 it shows pictures of valentines skull. Looking almost like Swiss cheese. It's devastating. Another birth defect from natalies breeding. How does she sleep at night? My heart goes out for Valentino. I pray something can be done for that tiny sweet boy!! |
Gina, I know your heart is still spread wide open but please beware. The owner of that page is NOT the caring individual she portrays! (If it's the pave I'm thinking of) |
Gasp that skull pic of Valentino is unreal! Poor baby.:( The Mia Gina is talking about is a Chihuahua w/a cleft palate & it's called Love for Mia: https://www.facebook.com/LoveForMiaCleftPalateChihuahua The other we need to look out for is For the Love of Mia Bella. |
Thanks for checking me Jenny...:) I was afraid Gina had gotten pulled in by the other. |

Natalie Nelson Valentino is the sweetest little yorkie boy. Someone told me he was a pup bred by Natalie and when I asked Natalie she confirmed it was. The site is named after a chihuahua named Mia. The site takes all really sick dogs to Rochester New York for care. After seeing valentinos skull I do not know what could possibly done to fix his condition. I don't think he can walk either. I wish so much I could have the time and the money to help the lady Su with those pups. She is heaven sent. As for Mila she's taking a few steps and I can't wait for her first follow up to check in on her progress next week. The front leg that they shaved for surgery she won't put any pressure on. Does the spot where the I V was hurt days after? |

That thread and the Fox Reporter threads are still on this site. I got SO MANY REPLIES and private messages regarding this so called 'Breeder' and learned they were just scamming people (l went IN Person and they tried it on me but i didn't fall for it) but....sadly, they were selling some very sick dogs to people - and the WRONG dogs. I had so so many people contacting me here I couldn't hardly get off the computer... it was so freaking sad! The owner wanted to sue me badly and the whole thing went to FOX NEWS. They aired 3 segments on TV - The reporter for FOX NEWS actually signed up here -his name was David. He told me their news story about this 'Kennel' got more calls than the Enron scandle - WOW is all I could say. He wanted me on to be on TV but since I never bought a puppy when I was there I set him up with people who did and they went on tv. Through that TV series -David told me it was so watched and talked about that INSIDE EDITION TV show picked it up and bought a dog Undercover from them. They in turn did a segment about BAD breeders and selling puppies online and shipping them because the dog that was sent to them had some terrible health issues and was NOT the dog they had ordered. Boy that was big fun getting them shut down - I need to search and see if they are back in business - they probably are :( BUT with the help of YorkieTalk.... and my thread ...We DID get action! Pretty cool huh? But like I said - that win was only short lived I'm sure - these people are like roaches when they don't care about the dogs they sell - they just re-open under a new name probably |
Natalie Nelson Red98vette I am so proud of you! Great job!!! Sadly my work and personal life have taken a second seat to all my Internet exploring on Natalie. It is so sad cause sadly people will still buy pups from her without checking her nasty reviews on the Internet. We all know what karma is and I feel that it will get justice on Natalie. |

I do believe that her weight has contributed to this condition, but not in the way you are thinking. It's because you bought from a breeder who is trying to manipulate the breed into producing pups the size of small rats. When that happens all sorts of health issues arise. While it is true some show breeders will have a runt or two in a litter here or there they are still not trying to breed for them. While I am by no means an expert on AAI it does seem that many of the yorkies that suffer from this have been bred on purpose to be extra small. One of the gals in a yorkie group I belong to has an AAI group, I think it is on yahoo, if you are not aware of it I will get you the info on how to join if you are interested. Best wishes for a good recovery for your gal. |

I checked also, and the tiny females, like the one pounder, are not breeders. It states on the site that they are too small to breed so are pets. |
Absolutely devastated for you, Gina. This was so incredibly heartbreaking to read. How is your precious Mila doing since you last posted? |
Sadly, there are people out there that will see this thread and still want to buy from this woman. Everyone thinks the odds are going to work for them. So to those who want a tiny pup: Yes, some of the dogs will be fairly healthy. There is a one in ten chance you will get a pup that will survive but do you really want to keep a woman in business who uses some of the cruelest of breeding practices in order to produce tiny pups? Do you realize her breeding stock lives full time in tiny cages and only come out occasionally to be bathed for a photo shoot? Can you look at your baby and not think of it's parents still suffering to produce more of the same? Do you have thousands of dollars to help that tiny pup survive? What will you do when the pup won't eat because it's liver is not formed correctly? What will you do when it' limps because of deformed knees? There are at least 100 other possible defects out there not to mention just plain lack of ability to thrive. Do you really believe you are the one that will get a healthy pup from someone that uses substandard breeding practices? I thank the OP for doing everything she can for her baby and also for doing everything she can to expose this person who would rather have little dogs produce puppies for her instead of working for a living. |
