but, perhaps I am being really judgmental. I do not know what your life is/was like, or how you grew up. I dont know anything about you other then what I have on these threads. But what I have seen leaves me utterly confused. It makes me want to ask you if your hair is blonde.
I think I should stop coming to any of your threads and reading them, because they seem to be turning me into the sort of person I do not want to be.
So I apologize for my rudeness ( I know I am being rude) an for being judgmental. Thats not how I want to be. Ill stop reading your threads now so I wont be tempted to say anything else to you. | Honestly, you'd be surprised at how many DRs don't realize what IVF isa me how it works.
I had my tubes tied 17 years ago when I had "my" last child, yet I have been pregnant twice since then, and did 7-8 IVF cycles to try and get pregnant. Drs always want to know if I had a reversal and when I say no, we did IVF they look at me like I'm from Mars. I have had to explain to several drs how it works.
Some educated Drs don't understand how IVF works, so I don't expect a 25 yr old or even younger child to get it.....my children understand it, but they also helped with my shots and knew the process because of the surrogacy situations.
The general population doesnt understand the scientific approach of getting/being pregnant. Some man asked my husband why he would let me "lay with another man" to have a baby for him and his wife??? My husband then explained that I was carrying twins for a same sex couple and that each twin had a different father, and that really must have been an interesting night.....and walked away. |
