When Gunner is 100% housetrained I am taking out my carpet after reading this and putting in wood or wood look floors! But I have a question for the OP about her dog? Gunner will come up on my chair with me, but with the carpet he can get down pretty easily. Does your girl slip on the hard floors? Do you have to use rugs or something? I would love to have wood floors, I hate this dirty old carpet.

I was concerned for Crystal's little knees and joints as she propels herself around like a high energy particle at times. Consequently we put rugs in the take off and particularly landing points to cushion the impacts. She has learned to control the lack of traction with polished precision, swaggering the bends in spectacular 'four legged drifts'. The syncopation of 'chip chop chip chop chip' of her little feet scurry around is now a featured part of our lives.

Crystals eyes look great in the 2nd pic! Huey, too, has learned to "drift" turns at high speed on the hardwoods. Hilarious!

Can I ask where you got the tablets for her eyes ?
As for the flooring we had downstairs redone to laminate flooring which is great for me as I'm asthmatic and i use a steam floor mop with it which is great , no chemicals for my little ones to be picking up on their feet etc.

I got mine from a UK supplier via Amazon. Currently we can get 150 grams here for £32 delivered, equivalent to $54. Its a US product so I would imagine they'd sell online direct or through Amazon.

Hope this helps. it is really good. They used to do liquid drops as well, but withdrew these after attracting some adverse reports as it contained Tetracycline. I know a Crufts champion breeder of mini Daschunds in the UK and she's used it for years with a small breed and no health issues to date.

I intend to leave Crystal on A/E until the end of this month (3 months in) and then stop to see if the symptoms recur? now we've removed the carpets, which I believed were the prime source of the irritation.

I that's good to know that I can get it in the UK , I thought that it was only available in the U.S , that's why I was asking . My little Lottie gets quite bad tears and I clean her eyes everyday with a warm face cloth , the vet said that it was just they way her eyes were, but.your report on how your little one is doing gives me hole that this may work.

Thanks for that. I went out today and picked out a beautiful bamboo floor. DH doesn't want to put it in till fall since we have other projects going on right now. I think that will be fine as long as it gets done. I've wanted new carpet for years, but since my Ole Girl was having problems holding it, we waited for her to pass.
