| Interesting life saving program I going to check with my FD to see what equipment they have. They are called Fido Bags, very interesting. I wonder if the community could hand out info along with licenses ? The Fetch Foundation

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Oh wow, these FIDO bags are cool. Wonder if our local depts carry stuff like this. Hmmm.

| Love this. Important considering the majority of homes have pets. We had a house fire when I was in grade school. Thankfully our dog did not suffer smoke inhalation and did not require any treatment. If she had, it would have been very nice for the firemen to have this bag.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Had to come back and post again, bc how oddly timely your post is! Just this morning was watching the news about a house fire where the owner wasn't home but they found her dog in a back bedroom BARELY BREATHING ! But, the firemen had a FIDO bag with them and easily saved the dog . They showed the dog using the breathing apparatus and it fit his nuzzle perfectly. So, it does look like these FIDO bags are making it into these fire departments. Yay!
