| New Member Hi! My name is Cathy and my fur baby is Gracie Mae. She is 15 months old and 4.7 lbs. She is very heathly and we have had no problems with her. She is my first yorkie but not my first dog. I had begged my husband for a yorkie for 30 years. He surprised me with one on Christmas 2012. She very quickly became a loving part of our family. She keeps me company during the day and greats my husband at the door when he returns from work. He says that he wishes everyone was as happy to see him. She loves when our son visits from college. She acts as though he is home just to entertain her. Her new toy. In her first year with us she has become my traveling companion. She flies to Florida with me to visit my mom and sisters. She was also been to the outer banks and to the mountains. She loves to go. She is a little princess and is very spoiled. She even has me trained to hand feed her kibble to her one piece at a time. She won't eat from her bowl. I look forward to interacting with everyone on the forum. I have learned so much by just reading posts and I know there will be even more to learn now that I have joined the site! Thanks in advance. I look forward to meeting everyone. I will post pictures as soon as I learn how to with my IPAD! |
