| Chloe's afraid of the snow! This morning we woke to more snow than we have seen all winter (a whopping 2-3 inches!). So far we have only had a dusting or two where we could still see the grass. When we went out to potty for the first time today, we opened the door to all white! I had to carry Chloe because she would not walk out the door and when I sat her down, she pulled on the leash toward the house! Knowing she needed to go, I got a broom and cleared her a spot down to the grass and she went. Did I mention it is now 3 degrees! Its gonna be a long day...LOL! |

YT 1000 Club Member | I don't think my guys are afraid of Snow, but they're definitely suspicious of it. The last time we had a heavy snow, it must have been 1/4" deep (maybe a little less), and by the time my guys woke up there was only a spot or two left. Navi, refused to go out. Becca, went out but stood well back from the spot. Ichabod, kicked grass on it with his back legs and barked. Sneakers, hiked his leg and peed on it. By the time my guys needed to go out again, the snow had melted. I'm sure they thought they ran it off and it would never come back. They could be right.

| Some dogs love the snow and some not so much. It could be your little one will get used to it once he has a chance to be around it a little more. I have often had to shovel an area for the little dogs to potty when the snow gets too deep. When the snow gets up to their bellies they just can't get the job done! |

| We live in upper michigan, big snow country, -20 the other day. When the snow melts in March or April the dogs will hunt little patches of snow to pee on, they have to get used to grass agAin |

| My boys love the snow, they will play until they freeze and I have to go rescue them. Usually only about 5 mins. Today has wind chills of -20 though, so they went out peed & pooped in 2 seconds and ran back to the door, no playing today I guess! LOL
