![]() HELLO FORUM I just got my 3 month old yorkie poo and I'm having trouble getting him to poop on the wee wee pads but he will pee on the pads. I put him in his spot on the wee wee pads and tell him to go potty and he will pee. He will even drink water and make himself pee. He only poops sometimes. I praise him everytime he goes. But I'm having a hard time getting him to poop all the time on the pads. He poops on the carpet on the bed or anywhere except the wee wee pad. Its wintertime and its cold outside so I don't bring him outside yet. Does anyone have any suggestions. Because I'm at my wits end!

![]() I had the same problem! Rory would poop there sometimes, but other times she'd go anywhere in the house that she wanted to. I started moving the poop to the potty pad so she'd see where it was supposed to go. Also, if her pad is dirty, forget it, she won't use it. I have to keep them changed or she'll find somewhere else to go.

![]() My dog will not poop and pee on the same pad. You might try putting down 2 pads.
