We're having a beef roast, potatoes, green beans, rolls and cherry cheesecake. It's nothing fancy, but we like it.

1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
6 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped green onion.

Mix and serve with crackers.
