As far as dry food goes -- I feed Codie Evolve dry kibble for adults and I feed Tia Evolve dry kibble for puppies. I've read that Evolve is a very good brand. Does anyone else use Evolve?

As far as wet food goes -- Codie really does love wet food so much but it's bad for his teeth. So he is only allowed a small amount once every 1 or 2 weeks. I use to give Codie (as a treat) 1 can of Cesar's once every 2 weeks. But I just read a thread which mentions that Cesar's is VERY bad -- basically junk food for our dogs. So needless to say, I'm not going to give it to Codie as a treat anymore. But can anyone recommend a healthy QUALITY wet food (to be given ONLY once a week or once every other week) as a treat?

Nutro Ultra, Canidae, & Wellness are all good wet foods. I'm sure there are a few more but those were all I could think of at the moment!

I give Lucky the Nutro Ultra for puppies in a can and he loves it!

Mac and Mellie love the little Ceasar's. However if it is bad for them that is the end of that at as a treat. Jen can you post a link to the article you read?
