YT Addict | Shampoo and Conditioner Just wondering what kind of shampoos and conditioners y'all use and what you think is the best? I am looking for something new. Ellie has very soft hair that rarely ranges and Lilly Anne has rougher hair, but hers rarely tangles either. And also Ellie has a little bit of wave to her hair and I am considering growing hers out long just to see what it looks like. Is there anything that you can use to make their hair straighter? Thanks!

YT Addict | And also, how do you go about growing out their hair? I don't want Ellie to look shaggy and unkempt, but I really would love to see how she looks with long hair.

| Huge Espree fan here, love it love it love it! Do you blow dry your girls? When you blow dry, do not touch their hair, it will keep it from curling up. It also helps if they're standing bc if they sit, that will cause their bum hairs to curl. As the hair gets longer, the curls will eventually straighten out naturally bc of the weight. There's not much you have to do when growing hair, just do the usu sanitary trims, trim around the paw pads, under paw pads, tip ears, pull ear hair if need be. Also trim the arm pit hairs & underbelly...these all can be done every 2-4 weeks.

| Ughh...the bum hair curls!! I've been growing Ricky's hair out and this is the one area that's always a curly mess...and it's the fuzziest part of his body. He looks like he's got a lot of junk in his trunk when he's freshly washed and blow dried. Anyone got any tips for static in the hair?? |

| I love IV San Bernard's Black Passion. I use the shampoo, mask, and PEK conditioner. My girls hair is long and it has been the best for them. They stay so soft and shiny all week.

| For my girl I use Crown Royal shampoo concentrate + conditioner. It's ment for shih-tzu's, and yorkies, maltese, and other dogs with very fine long hair silky hair. I like that it has vitamins in it too, it last's a while because it's the kind you mix with water in a squeezy bottle. Rosie has really long hair already, and I brush her every day...she has a bath once a week to keep her coat healthy and the conditioner is really great at dissolving any small mats and leaving the hair soft as silk. You can use the conditioner ( it's also a concentrate) with some water in a spray bottle to make detangler for a quick brushing, and it smells sooo good. |

YT 2000 Club Member | dog If your dog has sensitive skin, use Hy-lyte. I get mine at the vet. It is hypoallergic. That espree is good stuff too. Today I am washing my Yorkies. It is supposed to be 80 here in san diego. I wish I could send sunshine to my friends in the cold. You have a white Christmas and we are a bit jealous! |

| I use Yorkie Splash & Shine shampoo and conditioner. Also, Yorkie Sheen detangler when I brush Sophie. Check out their website for more info but it leaves Sophie's coat super soft, shinny and smelling amazing. It is sold by YT member Walnut Hill.
