Okay y'all I was on Facebook earlier and there is a girl on there "rehoming" her 7 week old chorkie puppy. It is really cute and she is asking 75 dollars for it. She said her bigger dogs are picking on it and all this stuff and she said it is partially crate trained which I think is crap but whatever. It only weighs 5 ounces she said. I feel so bad for this baby. I would love to take him but right now we are in the process of building a house and I just don't have time for another dog. I would really like to do something for this baby!

I didn't think so either. I think a lot of what she has been saying is not true.

OMG !!! This sounds almost exactly how it was worded for the person I rehomed gizmo and rescued him from. In reality it was a horrible byb that was starving him to try to make him a micro, which des not exist. I think all the horrible abusive byb's use this sob story, so sad, I would go save him if I were closer :-(

Oh yes she has already said it is a teacup and all this other stuff. She has been selling all sorta of dogs on here lately but this one has really stuck with me. I just can't get the poor baby out of my mind. She said he has small bite marks on his back legs where here dogs kept biting at it. Who let's other dogs do that to a 7 week old puppy?

Isn't it illegal in all states to sell a puppy under 8 weeks old? I think I would report her if it is even if she is not the breeder.

I so wish I lived closer. That little puppy is adorable and needs a good loving home. Will pray that he gets one.

I wish....but I've never heard of anything like that being a law. A lot of people would be going to jail as a result!!

When it comes to animal welfare and their health and safety in general, I am always blown away with how much people can get away with..

Only illegal in very few states, and sometimes only applies to breeders; here is the list:
