| YT 1000 Club Member  | She is beautiful! I had a groomer telling me today that my Yorkie was not a yorkie. I was like "nope, he is a purebred Yorkie." Luckily I was only having his nails done with the groomer. They wanted to list him as a silky and said his ears weren't Yorkie ears. They she asked me if he was 11 lbs and I said, he is 7 lbs. She looked at me as if I just told her that I weighed 115 lbs! LOL. (I am overweight). She rolled her eyes at me and put 7 lbs down, I hope when she took him from me she realized how light he was. LOL

| Im also wondering if my Ava is a Yorkie Just pick up my baby a week ago she is 11 weeks today.  Can anyone tell me if she look like a Yorkie or a mix? |

| Looks like a Yorkie and the green eyes are a good indicator. A yorkies eyes will always show green eye and not red eye. |

| I didn't know that about a yorkie's eye color. I wondered why my puppies keep having green eyes in the pics I have taken. I tried to get the "red eye" out using the edit but I couldn't since it was 'green' eyes. LOL. Thanks for this tidbit. I now know one more fact about yorkies |
