| Will her hair grow longer ? My Holly get the weirdest doo going on top of her head ... looks like a fluffy/spiky dome --- I brush her and she just shakes herself afterwards and its back to a dome again :-) ... is this just the awkward stage and it will grow so I can put a top knot in or do some Yorkies have shorter hair on top ? (note that she's a Biewer and I'm sure there is something else mixed in there so that could be a factor as well and sorry I know the picture is not that clear)

| I want to say it will grow out- I’m sure it will, it is probably at that awkward stage as you said. Her little fluffy/spiky dome head is just so cute!!

| I forgot to mention that she's just turned 4 months old (on the 22nd) .. yesterday she weighed 5 pounds ... she gained a pound this month so I know she's growing :-) Here's some pictures of her when she doesnt have the weird doo going on (which is not very often) in case you didn't see them in the pictures section of the forums :-) http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/my-...ster-area.html

| Oh my goodness, she is so adorable!! That little face melts my heart. I don't know how you get anything done @ the house, I would be snuggled with her all day!! Yes, I think for sure her hair will grow out.

| Funny you should say that as she's on my lap right now ... I've been fussing over her all morning and now its almost 1:30pm ... yikes ... I'm supposed to be at an appointment soon and I still haven't showered .... when I jump in the shower she begins to cry so I hate jumping in there ... but she's gotta get used to it ... and I've gotta get better at not spoiling her to much :-)

| LOL- It’s so hard leaving them. I hate leaving Peanut in the morning for work.. the look on his face as he sits on my pillow breaks my heart!! By the time I’m in my truck driving to work, I’m counting down the hours till I get home again to see him. They are so special to us. I don’t think there is any way to get around not spoiling them “as much” !!

| Long haired terrier pups usually do have an awkward stage that can take a while to grow out of.....especially the face and head area. Do you know what look you are going for? Are you going to try a topknot or keep her head trimmed? |

| I know I cant bring my Zadie back but I would like Holly's hair to be like hers ... obviously not the same color ... I'm going to be taking her to the same groomer as Zadie had for 3 years so hopefully she'll remember her hairs style :-) Hers a picture of Zadie ... its a little hard to see the hairstyle though

| Both Holly and Zadie are adorable! I bet Holly's hair will grow longer over the next few months. I know what you mean about spoiling them. My Tink is my shadow and she sleeps on my pile of dirty clothes on the bathroom floor while I am in the shower. If I don't let her in she will sit and whine at the door lol. |
