| They are TOO funny! I spent the evening laughing my head off and just had to share! I was working with Phoebe tonight trying to teach her to give me her paw or "shake". I wasn't trying to teach Stanley because he's still fearful, and hates his feet touched. Stan kept watching us, so I put him into an occasional sit and treated him too. I guess he was getting jealous, because he suddenly gave me his paw!! I was so shocked, excited, & happy, that I praised the heck out of him! I guess he loved my reaction, because he offers his paw every time I come near him now LOL. He's really cracking me up! I posted previously how much the private trainer is helping him to overcome his fear, and this is just more progress. It's so exciting to see him coming out of his shell. He's been with me for two years, and I never realized how smart he is. He was always so fearful, he would only take treats if no one else was around, or if I tossed them. I am so very proud of my boy!! BTW Phoebe still hasn't quite gotten it, but is starting to get the idea. Maybe Stanley can teach her LOL.

| Fantastic! I wish Huey would learn some tricks othef than brushing his own teeth (although that one is wonderful!)

| If it was possible, I'd love to be able to trade Huey's love for brushing his own teeth with Magnus's "shake/give paw" trick. In fact, I'd trade TWO tricks for the teeth brushing! |
