Okay, I'm still looking to see where to report it. I found the page that said live animals can't be sold, and he's selling this under "collectables", but I can't find where to report it.

I found it, it's on the lower right hand side of the page for those of you who are blind like me.

Just seeing this.
The last time YT got together & had an ebay page closed, I actually called & complained. I was told it takes several hours before the actual post comes down. I also learned ebay DOES allow the sale of live pets in their classifieds area. Pretty disgusting imo.

I guess Ebay must have MADE them take it down!!

Whomever was selling that puppy was a few french fries short of a happy meal anyways....and they were VERY nasty!! I guess they are only nice if you've got $500 in your hand to buy that poor little puppy!!

Sadly, for a minute, I thought about forking over the money just to get that dog the heck out of that situation. They are only an hour away from me...but if I would have actually went through and purchased it, she'd just be putting another one back up there tomorrow anyways!!

Let's hope they banned her account for future sales!! If not, I am sure we'll see another dog up there soon!!

Good...glad it's down.

I also have heard the eBay classifieds can be used to sell live animals...but so can the classifieds in newspapers. I am not necessarily 'opposed' to placing an 'honest' ad, but that ad was 'designed' to be 'hidden from view' or it wouldn't have been listed by the 'seller' in "Collectibles"...and such a young baby...sheesh!

did not see the add, was she really selling a 6 week old yorkie as ready to go,
I have been reading a thread where a gal has a 6 week old sick puppy that she bought from a breeder that said the pup was old enough to be sold, makes me sick people sell them that young.

What are the difference between the classified ads and regular ads on Ebay??

Does anyone know if the seller was banned?? They surely should be with as nasty as they are/were to people.

Yes...

I'm sorry, but the 'age part of the ad does not show in this screen clip...you had to scroll down...but yes...sold as "new" a 'female Yorkie 6 weeks old' was what it actually said.

Here's another listing for them, this says $1200 for two but it looks like you can buy the for a dollar.

These say they are in Houston and I think the other was Toledo, OH. Let's get ladyJane to go over there on give them what fer!!

Something's weird, I'm wondering if it the same seller with a new account, this person just joined yesterday and the floor tile reminds me of the tile in the other pictures.

Yes, I'm thinking the same thing and the person is just screwing with people. Brand new seller id, 0 feedback, joined yesterday. Sheesh.
