| Does your Yorkie have feline friends? Just wondering if you folks have your Yorkshire sharing the house with a cat. We had to put down our cat of 7 years yesterday and we're looking into getting a kitten in a month or so. Our cat was an outdoor cat since before we got Nick, but this kitten, obviously, will be an indoor one. |

| My two live with two kitties. My male enjoys chasing them every once in a while, but my female LOVES them. She will attack them with kisses and goes crazy when she is reunited with them. I am sure Nick will do great with a kitty Just make sure to watch their play... Kitten claws are sharp! Here are some pics of my two with their brothers

| We have cats, too. They get along well. Mia has had her head bonk'd to the floor and held there many times from 'over kissing' her pet kitty.

| Gracie had a lot of feline friends when she was a puppy. I had taken in a littler of kittens about the time Gracie was 4 months old. She used to sleep with them when she could not find a human lap or body to cuddle up to. We kept 2 of the kittens. One in particular is Gracie's pal. They always used to wrestle when they were younger. They only wrestle occasionally now. Gracie loves it even though the cat always wins. She will bark and run around while Missy just lays out flat on her back on the floor, just daring Gracie to come a little closer. Gracie knows she can't win but she loves the challenge. |

My boys do not like cats. I tried introducing Max to Buddy, a 24 pound cat in our neighborhood. Buddy has a lot of attitude and thinks he is a dog, so probably not the best feline representative. Max hated that Buddy had the audacity to stare, and Buddy wasn't the least bit impressed when Max tried to jump around and act intimidating.

| Funny. I walk Moki around the block. He never starts trouble with dogs, bark at squirrels nothing. He saw a big old cat for the first time he growled at it but kept walking. First time out of the house he ever growled at any animal. |

| Lolol. Very cool. When we take Nick out for walks around the yard, he would see Chloe (cat) and take off after her. He would only try to walk around and sniff her out, but would only start jumping and barking when she would lash out at him. He never acted like he would hurt her. Seemed more like he was trying to play. I think he'd do well with a kitten that might not know much better. |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | We have 3 kitty brothers and 1 kitty sister. They are different ages. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are 12 year old brothers. Saber is 1.5 year old and 15 lbs. Willow his girlfriend he just gives her loving lol. Galen is only 3.6 lbs. They are really good with him. My old guys have bopped him but not hurtful, to get him to stop chasing them. Saber just slowly runs around the living room and lets him chase him. He never goes after him. Willow . . . she is my little feral but she lets him love her. They are too funny. I would not see a problem bring another kitty into your home. Good luck |

| Pluto has two Russian Blues. He was here before both of them - and started out bigger than them - of course now they are much bigger. They all get along really pretty well. We have to make sure Pluto doesn't try and "discipline" the cats - as sometimes he will do that if food or the bed is involved. Otherwise - the give eachother buzz kisses - play with each other's toys.. and yes... sometimes Pluto thinks it's fun to hump Sweetie his private love kitty. And... Sweetie lets him. SMH. It can work.

| We got a kitten a few weeks before we got Megan. Megan and Calypso were the same age, and got a long very well, a few years Calypso, got out and ran away, never found her. Later that year a friend of my oldest son, gave him a kitten for his birthday, Holly Berry is her name, he got her right around Christmas, she's part Maine Coon and who knows what else. Holly and Megan got a long great, then we got Spooky, a black and white cat, after her we got a Rag Doll, that we rescued off of our street, his name is Skimble Shanks. Megan ran the roost to her dying day. Poor Gina just wants to play with all three cats, but they want nothing to do with her, even though they were all depressed after Megan died. Spooky and Gina stay in our room during the night, but Gina is in her crate, she still tries to get them to play, but sadly, no joy, Spooky is letting her get closer though, so some hope. Cheers Quad
