| My little guardian angel! Henri is so sweet, he "protects" me even if I don't need it. I had a pretty ruff day yesterday and Henri will not let me out of his sight because of what happened. Here is a post from another thread about it: "Well, today didn't go as planned. First, we weren't able to go to the park because the weather turned bad right after I posted. Just my luck. So I decided I would take Henri for a nice long walk later if it was nice. The evening was clear blue sky and warm so I took him for a walk, bad idea. As the walk was coming to an end I tripped and fell into a gravel filled sidewalk and completely cut my knee, but thats not the worst of it! It happened right outside a neighbors house, the neighbor saw the whole thing including my bleeding knee and just continued to go about their business. So here I was limping home with blood running down my leg due to my cut knee and holding my freaked out Yorkie in my arms (Henri was unharmed in the incident except for maybe him now being traumatized). Today, to say the least, was not my day. I am now all patched up and fine, but Henri is still freaked out and won't let anyone near me. He is growling at anyone or anything that gets close, he is even growling at my brother's Jack Russel who he is usually weary of." He still won't let anyone near me and still a little shaken up, he won't go anywhere unless I'm with him. I feel bad but at the same time I am so proud of my little guardian angel watching over me!

| I'm sorry that you had such a rough day. I hope you heal quickly and that you both recover from what traumatized you. Henri is such a sweet and good boy.

| Thanks, my knee still hurts but nothing I can't handle! Yeah, Henri is a good boy, I feel that I won the doggy lottery with him I'm sure he will be better in a few days, but until then I am under constant supervision with him!

YT 1000 Club Member | As well you should be ! Fate/God has placed these little beasts here for us, and I am constantly amazed and appreciative of how they will put themselves in harms way, for us. We are SO blessed. But, Fate/God only made them available to us... YOU are the one that earned the respect and love needed from him, for this to occur.

| Hoping you and your little angel feel right again soon. So sorry you have such shi&&y neighbours. You deserved to be treated better than that, a quick hug and check to see if you were ok at the least. I'm mad on your behalf.

| Thanks! Thanks, I appreciate your concern and hug I was pretty upset about it too but have decided it's not worth my time to be angry at them, I have better things to do like snuggling my little angel!

| Update: Thanks everyone for the well wishes! You are all awesome! Henri is finally returning back to normal! He stopped growling at everyone and is letting them near me again, but he still looks at everyone suspiciously I am so glad he is finally calmed down, I was worried there for a while. I took him for a walk (this time being extra careful) and he is starting to relax again. My knee is healing with the help of colloidal silver. I really wish people would stop staring at it though, it looks a lot worse than it feels (my cut on the knee is covered but under it is a bunch of scrapes that cover a large area of my shin). I hope it heals or at least looks better by September 5th which is when my booth at Alive After Five in Clarkston, WA, it would really suck having to wear pants in that kind of weather (Clarkston is in a valley that I think is at sea level, so it gets pretty hot). Sorry for the long post
