| Orange Beach Alabama YT Meetup I know there has been some talk of the meetup. Apparently at a dog park on October 5th. Everyone put in their input. What's the name of the dog park? What do us non local people need to bring? Where are nice dog friendly hotels in the area? Are there places we can take our dogs to eat with us? Any info will be great!

| Ann, I sent the link to this thread to Anna. Hopefully, she can come along and answer. Who all can come? It's Saturday, the 5th. We will narrow down the location but Anna says there is a dog park in Orange Beach that has good shading - she says it will still be quite warm down there still. I know Rebecca talked about coming. SophieKatesMom, too. Anyone around Gulf Shores, FL panhandle, Ga...come on! This could be more of a Southeast Meetup I will go point some to this thread.

| Thanks Terri. I'm working on Aymee & Brandon. That's Aymee's birthday and you know she would more than love to spend it with a group of Yorkies!

| Hey Y'all, I've been checking on pet-friendly places to stay. Bring Fido is where I've been checking and have a few places that look interesting. There would normally be more available, but it looks like October is a popular month for folks to stay down here, especially close to the National Shrimp Festival. What does everybody want to do, as far as rooming goes? Hotel, condo, house? And is anybody interested in staying several days? Let me know what y'all think and I'll see what I can come up with--places are booking pretty fast, and a lot of nice places are booked on "our" weekend. Third weekend looks pretty good, but there are still some places left. If anyone wants to have a looky, check out Bring Fido and enter Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley. Looking forward to hearing from you! P.S. you can message me @ fb under Anna Van Damme! |
