| Tiger is getting neutered. . . Tiger is getting neutered tomorrow. I'm a little nervous. I'm not really sure what to expect. Fourteen years ago with Skye it was a major deal because he had an undescended testicle and then he licked the stitches open and had to be resewn. So any help and/or advice would be appreciated.

| Hopefully everything will go fine. When Bailey had his done, I picked him up at 4pm and he layed around awhile, and by 9 he was running around, a little slower than usual, But by the next morning he was back to his normal self, like nothing happened, he never bothered his area at all, I was so happy. I'm sure Tiger will do fine, but I'll think of him tomorrow.

| I know exactly how you feel. Jeter was neutered earlier this month. He didnt bounce back so quickly, about 3 days, but I think he may have been milking it. The best advice I got, that I would like to pass along, it to get some babies onesies and cut a hole for the tail. It was sooooo much easier then the lamp shade. Jeter now loves to wear pjs. Good luck, and I will be thinking of you and Tiger. |

| I just had two of my babies neutered two weeks ago, tomorrow. The others were licking their stitches and tore out two from each, leaving only one stitch. After about three days, it had made them raw and infected. I also got onsies for them. Teddy acted like I was killing him putting it on (then he would pout around), but about three days and both were fine. Also, they would not go potty when they were on. Good luck! I know how worried I was. I felt so bad for them, they looked so sad when I got them out of the horrible vet cages. Hopefully they have forgotten all about it by now, at least they don't seem any different and all is well again.

| Thanks for everyone's well wishes! Tiger is doing great! We opted to have the laser surgery. All the stitches are on the inside and today it looks like just a scratch! It was a lot different from when our Skye had his done so many years ago. The vet also pulled his last baby teeth and he had his front dew claws taken off. I was expecting stitches with the dew claws, but he must have lasered those as well. Those spots look just like little scabs. All in all, it has not been horrible like I was expecting. He slept most of the time after we picked him up and today, he's been laying around a lot, but he's also played too so I am very happy with his recovery so far. Happy New Year!!
