I was just out walking my dogs, and one of my neighbors yelled, "Does that one have legs?" (Talking about Piccolo because her hair is long.)

Anyway, tacky or not, I am not sure? I think it was said to be funny in a nice way.

I would have said no, she's a new breed of leg less dog that simply hovers, we have to refill her with helium to keep her from sinking to the sidewalk.
