| toy hoarding issue does anyone else have an issue with their yorkies being "toy hoarders"? my bigger female takes all the toys, socks, treats she can find and hides them in her cage and guards it so no other yorkie can get them... mind you I have 4 yorkies and a sheltie. When I empty her cage of toys she gives me the "cold shoulder treatment" Im just curious if its just mine that does it.. |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Oh yes. Rhett steals Cali's toys. Cali steals Scarlett's. And then Scarlett collects them all and hides them under the bed (where Rhett can't fit and Cali sent allowed to go ).

| Too funny, we need pics! I have a 'hoarder' too, Turbo esp likes hoarding my stuff like clothes, towels, shoes & taking it to his bed. Whenever the other fur people walk by, he'll grab whatever is closest & growl @ them. Wish I knew what he's thinking & why he does it. This was from 4 years ago he's got 2 pairs of house slippers & a blankie that was on another bed. He'll do this w/all the toys too, I'm constantly putting stuff back where it belongs loll.

| I actually times one of my girls one day and she carried a toy around for an hour and 15 minutes in her mouth to keep the others from getting it. She is hilarious. All of mine are not like that but I do have a couple.

| Oh, Kayla thinks every toy or anything dropped on the floor is hers. She is not only a hoarder but she loves to torment Dudley by getting one of his toys and just sit staring at him, like, just try to take it. Of course all he does is sit and bark at her. lol!! They are so funny. Just like kids. |

| Enzo "stores" all his toys under my kitchen table! I pick them up every once and awhile and put them in his toy box, and one by one he takes them out and puts them back in the exact same spot I took them from! Him and his bones are another story - I chuckle daily at his antics! He gets 2 types of bones, a bully stick & the Get Naked sticks. With the bully stick he will chew it for awhile and then go hide it for later...with the GN sticks, he literally runs around the house looking for a place to hide it...up and down the stairs, behind the couch, under the couch...and good Lord if he is about to hide it in a certain place and you make eye contact with him...he starts the process ALL over!! If you happen upon one later in the day and inadvertently pick it up...he shoots you a dirty look, and starts the hiding ritual all over
