				 | Bentley chewed a hole in my carpet! Well I guess the title says it all, he ripped it up all the way down to the cement. I am posting because I need to vent! Ugh! I closed the area because I was going to be gone for only an hour and since he's potty trained I gave him access to part of the carpet BIG MISTAKE!! I came home super happy to see him, then I see that hole in the corner! Omg! I am so disappointed! Like I just want to sit down and have a talk with him and tell him why if mommy is so good to him, why does he do this?! Lol I know it is my fault for leaving a 4 month old alone, but I feel so bad!!

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | Oh no. I had 3 different yorkies chew holes in my drywall while I was at work. I also had a pom chew a hole in the carpet in a very noticeable spot while my then teenage daughter was suppose to be watching her. They are so naughty!

				 | That happened to me too. Mimi decided to rip up the berber carpet on the 1st step on the stairs. Since it didn't stop coming out, she must've thought it was fun & ran around with the carpet string in her mouth bc there was a lot of it & a big nekkid section of wood peeking out. I made a huge mistake of taping up the carpet edge & came home to Mimi's mouth taped shut! Good thing I was only gone for a couple of hrs...had to cut part of her mustache hair to get the tape off. loll

| Senior Yorkie Talker | I think that too...like they don't have enough toys to play with. Mickey dug/chewed not just 1 but 2 places on my stair carpet a couple of weeks ago, like you we trusted him...lesson learnt. Will say I have not had a big problem with the other 3 when pups with chewing, they hardly done it at all, Mickey is making up for it tho

| Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Oh my! My house still sports the scars of Scarlett's puppy days: a rocker with a chewed up leg, teeth marks in a few widow sills, missing corners of dry wall. My worst however, was the time my golden retriever ate all the way through the subfloor in my bathroom while I was sleeping after a night shift!

				 | Oh no! That sucks These little stinkers hehe My brother just had that problem with his JRT (Milo) after he just talked there landlord into accepting the dog and told him he won't cause problems. They had him in the playpen on the hard kitchen floor when they went to work and Milo dragged the whole playpen on the carpet and shredded the carpet! My brother felt horrible and obviously paid for it. |

				 | My lab has done that before. We were told there was something in the glue that puppies love. We also had a Saint Bernard once upon a time who chewed through the drywall. He was allowed in the Laundry room when we were not home. Big mistake. Sadie will be quite aged before we think about trusting her in the house alone outside her crate. |

Mimi!! lol Teddy chewed the zipper off of my favorite warmup jacket a few months ago. I left it within reach one night and when I woke up, I found a long wire lying on the floor. It didn't even look like a zipper anymore and it took me a couple minutes to figure out what had happened. Thankfully he didn't hurt his mouth.

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | OH NO as I cover my eyes to stop reading these things!! We are literally in the middle of renovating the whole house. The painting is almost finished except for the trim work. The carpet and flooring will be installed the week of the 12th. Along with the masterbath being totally redone from top to bottom. Jasper turns 7 months old on the 11th. Surely he would never do any of these things I just read....right?? I mean mommy and daddy just spending all of this money....noooo he would never do such things Right[???
