Trinket has to get the last word in. When she barks excessively, I tell her enough and that stops her, but I get a little growl from her.

so cute....Taka does the same thing all the time! When I am yelling at him he barks and yells back to me, I just cant stay mad at that point and I start laughing at him. How am I supposed to continue to train him while I'm laughing?! lol

Lola is very vocal, she barks, growls, and whines like she's talking.
She does it when I tell her no or when she wants something, yet she doesn't say a word when someone's at the door or at odd noises.
My favorite is when she growls at me when she wants to go to bed.

Yesterday my mom had a conversation with her when I was out.
"Did your mean mommy leave you?"
*growls*
"She did??"
*grumbles"

My cat George is like that too.....he'll miaow and chirp and 'yap' at me when I'm chatting away to him....hubby Neil just kills himself laughing at us
