It's not allowed, I reported it too. Here's the list off ebay of things you can't sell, 3rd down is where Ebay says puppies can't be sold there.

Prohibited and restricted items

Adult Only category

alcohol

animals and wildlife products – examples include live animals, mounted specimens, and ivory

art

artifacts, grave-related items, and Native American arts and crafts

Apparently it is allowed as its been up for awhile now, been reported several times and is STILL up....when you scroll over the pic of pup it says that the page is getting 2 views an hour...nice huh?

It's nice to know that Ebay is on top of the reports.

This is horrible. eBay sucks at customer service. I hope they take down the pup down. What kind of company would let her sit there. And they should ban that person from the site

Well ladies, all your reporting must have worked b/c between the time when I first saw your posts, went to the ebay site, saw the ad & then found out how to report it, the listing has been removed---------YAY---one more victory for awesome, caring people on Yorkie Talk!

It's about time! It took EBay waaay to long to remove it.

I reported it multiple times, wrote a complaint telling them I'd be making no purchases as long as that ad was listed, & wrote the ad poster saying it was disgusting to list a living being on an auction site. It shouldn't take two days for it to be removed.

I sure wish there could be some thread category that could alert us from our phones to stop everything and log into YT. Maybe in the next version. Just dreaming...
