|  People like that don't ever deserve to own another pet again! I wish someone would've pushed him over the railing! Makes me so sad that the poor pup had to go thru that. Hope it finds the home it deserves.

| That poor Yorkie, broken legs, spinal injuries. The vile man should be in prison for years. Hope there is an update on the little female dog, she must of been so afraid. Wonder what else it's had to injure.

| Oh my goodness... That poor baby  I cannot imagine how scared she must have been. Thank goodness for the person who saw it. I hope she is adopted by someone who will treat her the way she deserves to be treated.

| This is so sad! Treating the dog like that just because she pooped in the house?! Why do you even bother having one in the first place? I just can't understand how someone is capable of doing such thing..

| I hope he gets the full 5 years in prison (which is only a slap in the hand) & is never allowed to have pets. Wonder what the status of the poor Yorkie is in, hope she makes it...just horrid, how can anyone do that to an innocent dog.
