I waited almost three months until Katie came to live with us, and I was so in love with her before she even got here. I'd love to someday have a sister for Katie. She was three when she came to us, and she was raised with several Yorkies and a Border Collie. At one time I had three little girls who were within a year of each other,and I loved it and them. Puppies are a lot of work, but they are so much fun and so worth the time spent with them. I hope your little girl brings you love, laughter, and happiness.

It is so funny. My DBF picks him up and makes kissy noises when nobody is around. Galen loves it and give lots of kisses back. They are putty in our guys hands lol

Adding a new addition to the family is always exciting! Waiting feels unbearable, but its worth it when you have the little furball in your arms

I love reading yorkietalk threads. I am more of a reader than I am a writer and I have learned so much here. I was lucky that when I first got teddy my mom told me to get one from a very good show breeder. I never would have known that myself, but my mom had a yorkie when I was a kid so she knew that. I would have just grabbed the first puppy I saw if it were up to me!

Lisaly, I think Katie is one of the prettiest ( and happiest ) little girls ever. I actually saved a few of her pictures because I love how you have her hair, and I wanted to try to do something like that with my girls hair when she is older. I don't know how you learned to do such a beautiful job with her hair, but it always looks so pretty. I also love your album and fell in love with all of your babies. The pictures made me smile and really showed their personality. Thank you for sharing them. I even showed them to my mom, she loves Yorkies as much as I do

I'm ready to do the work, just so excited to see teddy having fun and playing with another dog. It will be great.

It's so funny because many of my guy friends say they : don't like small dogs... But when they see that a yorkie happens to be small, but is still just a fun loving, spirited dog... They all love him. My boyfriend is even more in time with teddy than I when he isn't feeling well. He always notices it first.

It really does feel unbearable at some times, but I guess of I've waited 6 years to get another, a few more days won't kill me. I'm not 100 percent certain, but the puppies have been filmed since birth for the animal planet show too cute, and I think they want to film me picking her up. I think that's why it's a week later than I initially thought it was. If they do flm me I will let everyone know in case anyone wants to see

I'm hoping to get my puppy around November-ish (hubby has some inheritance due around then and says he WANTS me to get myself a Yorkie...how well trained is he!!! ) and, at the moment, it seems YEARS away but I'm sure the next few months will positively fly over It'll be the last few weeks which will drag, I'm sure!

Main thing for you I to get your camera charged up as we NEED zillions of photos of your new baby when she comes home

I know how bad the wait is, I lost my Megan on May 28th, she was 15. I picked up my Gina from puppyterriers.com, great people, on the 4th of July. It's so good having another Yorkie again, I had to wait a few extra days to pick her up, because we went my son's graduation from Army boot camp. Enjoy picking up your new baby.

Teddy looks like he should have his own show when he puts his tie on. For some reason I just get an image of a modern day Lil Rascals when I see Teddy with his sweet ear down and mischievous ear up.

Yes! He is extremely well trained. I like that!

I will be taking soooo many pictures, my iPhone will be running out of batteries all the time. I think I may have to buy a real camera too, not sure what kind I want.
