Although I don't think a baby should leave home, mother and siblings prior to 12 weeks, just when to go to a forever home should depend entirely on the individual pup and his/her maturity level.

Omg how cute so glad you are waiting the 12 weeks I got my little gal had 12 weeks had her potty trained to the potty pads in a weeks time
