| I realise this is an older post, but I just wanted to say that I felt the exact way you describe before I got my puppy. It feels like you're not living a full life without a pup around. I'd had two dogs that passed away far ahead of their time, so I vowed not to get another dog again; I just couldn't handle the heartbreak. Well, a few months went by and I encountered someone with a puppy at work. I tell you, I went gaga. At first it was just a desire to do things like look at pictures, videos, and read stories online. I just missed having a dog and thought this feeling would pass. But I started thinking about what the best breed would be for me, and came up with yorkie, and suddenly I had "puppy fever." It was insane, and I agree, I never get like this with anything but animals (especially puppies!), and I was determined to have a four legged companion eventually. Two months later and I have the cutest, sweetest, most calm mannered little girl ever. I'm so much happier now. I really hope you find (or have found) a furbaby to fill that void in your life, I know it did wonders for me |

| Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Hello and welcome to YT. There is a lot of wonderful info here. I have a pup with four kitties. One doesn't interact with him, one bops him in the head ( first 2 are brothers), the biggest ( about 15 lbs.) one runs away from him and the little one also the only female loves him. It is a funny dynamic. A lot of the time all the kitties are up on things watching him do zoomies ( run really fast around the coffee table.) they think he's nuts lol
