Hi All - Okay I just recently had a litter of (1 Puppy) which I kept - Her name is Maggie ... And I have a little concern. Maggie is about 4 months old - and she lives with Mommy. Well Mommy - Brooklyn - has a tendency to continue to groom her all the time - like when she was a baby. Will this continue forever? She's not the licking type - but she cleans Maggie from head to tail and doesn't it alot. Will this stop?

Awww...what beautiful babies you have!

I don't know about the licking thing, but I am sure someone will be able to tell ya!

Good question. This is the first litter that I'm keeping one from. It sounds very sweet, however.

If I was her mommy Id lick her all the time too...She looks so sweet how could you not want to be touching her all the time

Ok, again I have no idea..I just had to tell you that they are just too cute together, and that tongue pick of Brooklyn is Great!

They are gorgeous!!

My old male and female, Jasper and Angel, had been together since Jasper was 6 months and Angel 3 months. Jasper grew up grooming Angel, and continued to do so right up until the day she died. He would completely soak her face, and she would just lie there and let her do it. It was too cute, and I thought it was a sign of their affection for each other.

Someday Maggie may insist that mom quit it. If she did not like it, she would try to get away.

Ah! She's pretty. It's nice to see how she has grown since she was born.
