| ![]() Hey all you Alabama Yorkie Moms and Dads! We are going to be having another Yorkie Meet-up soon. Actually, we are going to be having TWO. The next one is planned for August 3rd at 11am. It will be in Millbrook, AL (just 7 miles north of Montgomery), which is close to center so more people will be able make it. It will be themed as a "pool party" and we will have a kiddie pool, water, toys, etc. If you don't want your baby to get wet or in the pool, it is definitely ok and not a requirement. Please come anyway. We will all talk and have snacks and just have fun taking pics and exchanging stories of our Yorkie kiddos. Since it will be HOT because it is August in Alabama, we are offering the pool for respite to the heat. The yard is big and fenced in and my house will be well air conditioned. The 2nd Alabama Yorkie Meet-Up will be in Southern Alabama - I am thinking either close to the beach in Gulf Shores or at a member's house. Anna, we need to get together and discuss this one. The 2nd Meet-up will be after hurricane season so we won't be worried about having to change plans if something occurs. Anna - How do you feel about the 1st or 2nd weekend of October for that meet up? (Anna's babies are not good travelers and she really wants to get together with us so I hope as many of you as possible can try to make this one...we will have more details on it later). So, please post here and/or PM me and let me know if the 1st Meet-Up in Millbrook on Saturday, August 3rd will work for you. I'm hoping those in Auburn, Birmingham, and Dothan areas will be able to come with it being in the center. Hope to hear from you all! See you soon! ![]()

| ![]() I would love to come, I'll have to see how my hubby is by then ... I haven't had time to share this, but his truck flipped end over end when a deer ran out in front of him. His neck was broken in 4 places, but is not life threatening, and he suffered other broken bones and severe facial lacerations. He sees the Neurosurgeon again this friday, hoping for a good report!

![]() Also, I won't be on here much for a while, but don't let that make you all think these are not still happening. Hopefully some of you can bump this up every so often as a reminder. They are 100% going to happen, Lord willing (meaning nothing out of our control happens). Still waiting on the plans for that Southern Alabama one. I've already picked out the doggie pool and it is being shipped to my house (beats having to figure out a way to get a pool in my car lol). We'll have toys, snacks for the humans, treats for the pups, and plenty of fun and fellowship. It's been a rough past month in my life so I'm so excited to be planning something fun. Y'all come now, ya hear? ![]()
