| I would be concerned as there are fungi and other not so nice things to be found in dirt that could cause illness.

| My parents where the one who saw it but when she came in there was no dirt that I could see it was just on her beard so I am wondering if she was just rooting in it.

| Jax likes to dig in the dirt at the dog park and sometimes eats some. He also likes to eat and roll in bird poop and grass and anything else disgusting he can find. Dogs....

| May have been a tiny bit of carrion or something else very smelly there in the dirt or that was once there and she just wanted to savor what she could of it.

| Just be careful she doesn't dig up a grub and eat it, Daisy did that once and got very sick.
