My Walgreens did not have one, if anyone see's one and wants to pick it up for me I will offer them many kudos on YT

If I see anymore, I will definitely keep you posted. This was the last one in mine, but I haven't checked the neighboring town. It wasn't in the pet section..it was in the huge middle isle that my store has for "extras", I guess. Like all their Christmas presents/candy/stuffers, Easter basket stuff, VDay stuff...now, I guess no holiday at this time..it has some stuff for the garden and yard.

All of these dog breeds were in the outdoor area with yard ornaments and not in the pet section.

You really had me going. I have had one of those yorkies for quite awhile. I keep it on our flowerbox outside right under our window. It struck me funny because we went to Walgreens 2 1/2 years ago and came out with Oliver. He was an abandoned shih tzu in the back of the store.

I raced over to Walgreens after work yesterday and they had one left. It was a little scuffed on the back so I asked for a discount and got it!
Thanks for sharing - I never would have found it otherwise!

So cute. I will have to stop by Walgreens tomorrow and look for one. I tried to find one when one was posted from wal-mart, but no luck.

Great find Terri, I Love my Yorkie welcome statues. Got mine from Kmart a few years ago. I have two of them, one inside and one out. Need to repaint the one outside its faded.

No walgreens here!!! However Cindy (Wallee) sent me a pic of a cute yorkie statue that she found at a garden store we have here called Vandermeers....they had two left...you know I bought both! Hehe!

What kind of paint are you going to use?

Probably an oil base/semi gloss Krylon for the base coat and than craft paint for the other colors, Than seal it with a clear Krylon pray paint so that the color will not fade. I want to make sure I can get all of the different colors without going broke doing it. So craft paint will be my best change of doing that.
