My Baby Yorkie Paws, Home of Parti Yorkies Yorkshire Terriers, Biewer Yorkies, Traditional Yorkies, Morkies....We LOVE our beautiful Yorkies! She ships 8 week year old puppies? :thumbdown |
Does anybody know anything about this breeder. Please:p |
did you see the comment above about shipping babies 8 weeks old?? that is a bad sign that baby could dehydrate and die in process of flying to its new home..does that sound like a good breeder to you??? |
Well is that the only bad thing? Cause im sure we could talk to the breeder about it!! :) |

Any hreeder that does this is endangering the pups and they are NOT doing things correctly. |

I know that's why I mentioned to talk to the breeder about the age. We could pick it out and have it on hold till 12 weeks or older. |
I don't like that she breeds morkies. |
I don't know this breeder. I was interested in her biewer female that she has for sale. I steered away from this breeder when I saw on her site that she breeds yorkies, biewers & parti-yorkies. I want a biewer and I was concerned about it not being a biewer to biewer breeding. There was too much breeding of different 'types' of yorkies for my taste. I don't know how anyone could be an expert when breeding so many different types. And she says in the intro that she's been doing it for "a few years." What does that mean? I'd personally prefer more experience. I guess you have to speak with the breeder directly and do some more research. Buy ther breeder before the dog! Good luck. Tracey |

We're having a discussion about Parti-colored (and other off-colored) Yorkies in another thread, and some of us have come to the realization that even though some of these animals are AKC registered, it does not mean that they are purebred Yorkies--they may have some other breed in their ancestry. If you are looking for a pet quality dog, or if you don't care whether you are paying for a mixed-breed dog that is being passed off as a Yorkie, then go ahead and purchase from a website like this one. But if you want a purebred Yorkie or Biewer, then check out the breeder listings that are on the websites of the parent organizations for these breeds--I know you have already been given these links. And, you really do need to get to know the breeder personally before you make a decision--don't buy one off the internet sight-unseen. |
idk the rest of what i read seems soso. she does wait till longer to send home depending on size....which i guess makes me feel a lil better and the dams are all of a healthy size and she has a health guarantee. i googled did not find any complaint threads. thats my three cents...still doesnt mean shes a good breeder which is such the challenge here i understand but its good you are making sure throughly before making any moves. |

I found something else..the stud service. Current shots and STD testing is not enough to allow her males to breed with females. No health testing is required. Not good. She will also stud her males out to any other small breed female. Not good. It says she vaccinates evety two weeks. Not good. It looks like she may he trying to do things right but it does not appear to be working. |
In my opinion no. She lets puppies go before 12 weeks and she breeds mixes. Reputable breeders breed to better the breed and sense mixed breeds are not a breed then it is impossible to do that. |
When a breeder skips certain steps they are going to skip others. |
where do you guys see where she sells mix breeds. I would like to see please!!:) |

Good luck :) |
Crystal has made some really good points.. I would honestly look elsewhere. |
I don't see "morkies." BUT there are too many different types, IMHO. Also, various registries. My concern would be a mix between yorkie & biewer to create a biewer or parti. It concerns me when she refers to them as "carriers" of certain colors. It's not the way to breed a Yorkshire Terrier. As I said in another post, you can't just tie 2 dogs together in anticipation of particular colors. I'd go to a breeder who has particular lines that are well developed to weed out traits that fall outside of standard. But that's just my opinion. You can purchase whatever you'd like. Good luck. This breeder is in So. California, and your in AZ, so there will be a shipping charge, and those are around 300.00. That puts the cost up really high for these pups, imo. I really don't like the thought of a puppy being shipped. I hate flying, I can't imagine a tiny 8 to 12 week pup doing it. Maybe she has a better way to get them to people? Call and talk about how long the breeder would keep one for you. That would be the 1st thing I'd find out. I know there's members in Cali that might have heard more about the breeder. |

Also this is exactly from her site: Sometimes we do have Teacup Yorkie puppies with precious teddy bear and babydoll faces which makes them so desirable. Also Prices range from $650 to $5500 |
Do anybody know any good breeders in California? Or Nevada? please!!:) |

She has too many breeds. She is breeding Biewer, parti and yorkie. They are probably all mixed. Reputable breeders do not mix. Biewers should be bred with only Biewers only. Yorkies with Yorkies only. Etc. I have a question for you. It seems like you are in such a rush to find a puppy. You asked on one thread about reputable breeders. We all gave you reputable breeder names and were you can find reputable breeders. Yet why does it seem to not to follow great advice from a lot of knowledgable members? If you are just looking for an inexpensive dog please go to one of the many shelters or rescues. Go on petfinder. I know you had a thread about them too. You are on YT a lot which is great. we like that you are coming and asking questions. Also please check out a lot of our stickies with great info. Also check out some of the threads about people that come here with sickly pups that they get from Puppy mills and byb. |
no not yet, my mom has been sick, with a fever and pain everywhere and today she is still sick at work and I didn't want to make her mad and have her call them when sh'e feeling so sick. |
