YT Young Pup | Are all Yorkies......... picky. Kudos sometimes he wont eat cheese and I never had a dog that didn't like cheese. Also sometimes he doesn't like the food we give him, so we have to get him something else. He's so picky sometimes. Oh and we get him his treats and he used to love them, now he doesn't. He's so picky, and he has to eat when were eating, he thinks he's a person so he has to eat with us. My crazy dog!! LOL So are all Yorkies like this??

| I heard Yorkies are pretty picky in general. LOL It took a list of dry foods for me to find one Peanut will eat and likes. He loves cheese, cottage cheese, peanut butter, boiled chicken, we just shared some strawberries last night..

I give him chicken every once in awhile, I tried mixing the chicken with his kibble, but he would eat just the chicken, and then I had trouble getting him to eat his kibble for the next two days. I've learned my lesson. Hahaha I've tried different kibble and treats; he does not touch them. Sometimes he likes the smell, eats it, and then spits it out because it didnt taste "right" My picky baby!

| Mandie can be picky on somethings. I think her big brother is pickier, so I don't know I'd say it is a "Yorkie thang" lol Kudos probably just likes to change things up sometimes

| Mr. Bucket is our vacuum cleaner he will eat everything and anything! Dino was actually very picky until Bucket came. I guess he got jealous that Bucket was getting food that he started eating them out of spite!

| Well let's see here, Bentley: 1) Loves Charlie Bear cookies. There are days he turns his nose up at them, and other days he scarfs them down. (makes training a pain lol) 2) I have trashed at least 3 different bags of high quality dog treats. 3) Eats Blue Buffalo Wild puppy food. It looks like a rat has pooped all over my hallway because he eats the regular kibble, but pulls out the black life source bits and drops them on the floor. (stepping on one of those is worse than stepping on a leggo lol) However, if I put warm water in it to make a little gravy he inhales it, life source bits and all, like a vacuum cleaner. 4) I have had to block him off from the cat's litter box and food because because if given the chance he will eat her food, and poop. 5) Tries to eat anything he finds on the ground outside, including grass, stones, cigarette buts, and poop. I have to watch him like a hawk when we walkies. Nah, yorkies are not picky eaters at all. lol

| Tibbe refuses treats and food when he's anxious - say he's just heard a circle saw going next door or something. He HATES the sound of circle saws! Until he settles down, he just refuses even a treat so you can't distract him with treats or even chicken or cheese or anything. Once I've calmed him, he'll eat anything. He's not a very picky dog so normally he will eat almost any dogfood or anything he picks up outside.. I have to watch him like a hawk when outside - lol - unless there's a circle saw going!

| I have often thought Yorkies would starve to death 2 feet from a bowl of kibble they didn't like.

| I can see that happening in this house. Mine are really picky eaters. Ruffy is the worst, he waits until everyone else has finished and if they all seem alright only then will he eat |
