| Housebreaking Hi! I posted earlier this spring when my 3lb./ 5 month old Cosmo broke his leg. He had surgery and has healed very well. He is now 4lbs and 8 months old and is still bundle of energy that we love soooo much. Thanks to everyone for the advice and well wishes!! Now another question..he is 85 percent housebroken but we still sometimes have a problem with him pooping in the house even after he has been taken out many times a day on a leash to his favorites spots. Any suggestions? |

| Hi and Welcome!! Well if he isn't 100 percent trained, you need to treat him like a puppy. Do you know his poo schedule? Like with Peanut I know he takes a poo in the morning and in the evening. If you know his poo schedule you will be able to take him out and have success of him going out..

YT 2000 Club Member | I am having the same problem with Teeka! She potties outside great and tells me by whining at the door. Some times she does tell me when she has to go out to poo but if I don't catch her que, she does it in the house behind the recliner! I feel some of it is my fault because she is whining and I am not paying attention. It is kind of funny that Teeka is almost 11 months old and not completely trained and Tatiana is 5 months and completely trained......no accidents! The difference is that Teeka is outside trained and Tatiana is pad & outside trained. When I am busy she just goes to her pad! I don't know if this helps but it is an insight to why my Teeka does it. Good luck!
