My Dolly will put up with anything & one day I had this bright idea of putting in LOW pigtails. I parted her hair in the middle & combed it down & the bands ended up alongside her mouth. What a sad sack she was for a few hours! LOL! It was time for my sister to take them on their afternoon walk & she wouldn't take Dolly looking that way!

I can't even get Darla to stay still long enough to attempt to brush her top or her stache. I doubt she will ever wear bows she constantly is rubbing her face on the floor and in blankets after she eats and baths lol. I love all the pig tail pics though!!

Keep at it. I thought it would never happen. Galen is the same way. He would take his two paws and put it on the top of his head and pull the bows out. They start to get used to it. I started with butterfly clips then scrunchies. He used to fight me to put them in. The topknots were so bad. But I got them in. Now he is actually calmer. Not totally. It is a work in progress. I have been using treats a lot to get him to sit to put on clothes and the top knot. I break a Cheerios into 3-4 pieces. I know it is really small but he is and he thinks he is getting more treats that way. It is starting to work. It will happen.
