				   | I woke up this morning, I took him potty and then he starting scratching his ear, then rubbing himself against the floor, the bed ... He did this for a couple of minutes, but he started to get really desperate and crying :-/ omg I felt so bad for the poor thing. I gave him a bath with warm water and I think he's better but I just gave him a bully stick while he gets dry ( he hates the blowdryer), so I dont know if he's itching but too busy with the bully stick... He's eating the same food, same treats, he took a bath saturday so it's not the shampoo.. I gave him a little piece of watermelon yesterday, and a little piece of cheese, size of my fingernail... Do you think he's allergic to that? Should I take him to the vet? He's never done this before and he's been with me for two weeks. He's 10 weeks old ...

				   | I think anytime they are crying and exhibiting behavior that is differrent from the norm, a vet visit is in order. They can't tell us what is wrong, so better safe than sorry.

				   | Have you checked inside his ears? Perhaps he as an ear infection.

				   | I think if he is scratching at his ear maybe he has something going on there? Sometimes if water sits inside the ear they can develop a fungal infection down inside the ear canal. I hope that's not it but if it is they have drops that can treat it easily. It has to be the right kind of drop and your vet knows how to treat it. If he doesn't have any redness on the skin or spots any where then the skin may not be the issue. If he still keeps scratching and crying you may want to have him seen by the vet as soon as you can. |

				   | I would also recommend taking your baby to the vet! My Princess Sophie got an ear infection and she acted the same way you described your puppy was acting. Ear infections can be very painful so please take him in. Please also let us know what you find out. Sending prayers for speedy recovery!!

				   | Ok guys don't laugh at me but .... I found a tshirt of mine in the crate he slept all night long... He must have dragged it in there. This tshirt has a LOT of perfume on it. Should this tshirt be the culprit? ![]() Now that I think about it, he stopped acting crazy when I gave him that bath, but I put him back in the crate with that tshirt and thats when he woke me up crying and acting crazy again ....

				   | At least you have the peace of mind that you took him in and the vet found nothing. Hopefully he won't have any problems. Don't you wish dogs could just talk so we would know what's going on. His actions might of just meant he had an itch somewhere and the bath you gave him might of solved that problem.
