| 9 week old knows how to sit! Since he was biting my ankles so much, someone here suggested to teach him how to sit .. I used cheerios and one day later, he learned! Now when he's biting my ankles, I say sit and he does! He's a smart cookie. He also goes potty on his puppy pads 90% of the time

Glad the sit is working out. That is a great tool for spaz control.

| Like children, they are sponges so young. Good Job with teaching & training him! Keep doing that and moving on with better tricks. My boys do a slew of things... well except pee outside! (still working on that almost 8 years later!) LOL

| I was going to say the same thing Anne, he is a Bentley and they are smart little cookies, although I haven't had much luck with teaching mine to sit. I tell him sit and then give him a little help but no luck yet. Maybe the cheerio's will work. |

| Good Job Bentley!! I am bursting with pride today too. This morning Daisy and Duke got out of their little bed and went straight to the door to the deck to pee on their fake grass pee area. They did it again just a few minutes ago after nap time. I am so proud of them!!!! They are 11 weeks old today!!! What a great gift for Momma!! Now if I can only teach them to poop out there too I would be over the moon. BTW before I decided on 2 I had the name Bentley picked out. I love that name! |
