| I just realized your dogs are 8 yrs old. Daisy had a few accidents when she had crystals in her urine and she also had incontinence. Have you thought of having their urine tested?

| Well I took advice from here (thank you) and I made the dogs area way smaller when we are not home. No accidents in the house last night when we went to the gym, the pet store and the grocery store, gone about 1.5 hours. When we got home, I fed them, 20 mins later I made them go out and told them to go potty. When they started just wandering sniffing around outside, I took them in immediately (no playing during potty time right now) and then an hour later took them back out. They both went pee outside. It was a good night. I did get an email back from the trainer that I reached out to last night. It's $300 for 4 2-hour home sessions to cover anything I want to cover with them. We are considering it to help with house breaking (train US more than the dogs!) and separation anxiety. Those are my 2 biggest issues with my dogs. Does anxiety cause them to potty? When they are not in the room with me, they are whining and crying and super anxious... when I come back to the room they have gone pee or poop on the floor. Would anxiety cause this type of behavior? I was thinking they were being vindictive, but I know dogs are not vindictive, so is it anxiety?
