I know I shouldn't laugh but reading this was funny on the other hand poor little baby! lol I haven't experienced nothing like this BUT when I am trimming Sonic's facial hair sometimes he will sit up on his back feet and put his 2 front paws on the scissors pushing them away! I think that is funny, it's like Sonic vs Scissors lol. Now my mom's shih Tzu she does not like her 2 front feet trimmed and I am the only one that gives her a haircut which I don't mind its relaxing to me and she has gotten better at behaving during hair cuts.

Addy doesn't like her face or feet trimmed or combed, but loves to be combed everywhere else, she wouldl let you comb her for hours if you wanted to. Trimming toe nails is a different story!!! She starts screaming before I touch her nails and it is a major battle the whole time. It is unbelievable how loud she screams!! Sometimes I am afraid I am going to hurt her trying to hold her feet still enough to trim the nail. I have never cut the quick of the nail, so I have no clue why she acts like she does......just being a yorkie I guess!!

I feel You, My Mitsi growled at the clippers or sicors and bites at them. And when the vet clips Her nails She howls and cries like they are killing Her. She sounds so pityful the vettechs and vet lavish her with attention during the entire thing.
